COLDWATER — Justin Miller, 26, is facing charges after doing his Christmas shopping — from the cars in the parking lot — at Walmart on Tuesday.Miller was observed breaking into cars, taking items and putting them in a van. Officers from the Coldwater Police Department traced the van to an address in the city. When they arrived, they found Miller inside with bags of items.
