HANOVER — The Michigan State Police Jackson Post reports that two people were arrested after fleeing from troopers Tuesday afternoon in Jackson County.Troopers on general patrol observed a suspicious vehicle and when they attempted to initiate a traffic stop, the vehicle fled at a high-rate of speed.The vehicle was located shortly thereafter parked behind a residence on Weir Road, just north of the Hillsdale County line in Hanover.
