COLDWATER — Three times William Vanness, 20, was given a chance to serve three years probation after he and two others caused hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage to headstones and markers after vandalizing the historic north section of Oak Grove Cemetery March 7, 2018.Three times he failed and now must serve 17 months to 10 years prison with credit for 14 months served in county jail and in programs.
